Lysa McKenna was appointed Chief Executive Officer of MUFG Corporate Markets in August 2024.
Lysa joined MUFG Pension & Market Services in 2006 where she was responsible for developing the share plans business in the Australian market. Over the past 18 years she has held several market facing leadership roles including CEO of Link Market Services Australia. Most recently, she held the position of Managing Director, Corporate Markets ANZ, responsible for delivering on the strategic growth initiatives for the region including business transformation, enhancing our products and corporate development.
Lysa has over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry including positions at Computershare, Doyle Pension Management, and Mercer.
Lysa is a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) and Fellow of the Life Insurance Association of Ireland, and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). Lysa holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences, Politics and Social Policy and a Higher Diploma in Business Studies, from University College Dublin.
Marcelle has an extensive background in the financial services industry and has held the role of Managing Director at MUFG Corporate Markets in New Zealand since its inception in 2004.
Previously, Marcelle had been involved in the co-ordinating, planning and process development of several successful New Zealand energy sector demutualisations, such as EnergyDirect Corporation and Power New Zealand, and held the responsibility for managing United Network's investor relations.
Marcelle was appointed Head of Business for BT Registries New Zealand in 1999 and appointed a Vice President of BT Financial Group (Australasia) in 2000.
Marcelle is a certified member of the Institute of Finance Professionals of New Zealand (“INFINZ”), a member of the Australasian Investor Relations Group and a member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors.
Stan Malcolm is a founding executive MUFG Corporate Markets and was the inaugural Head of Operations from 2005 to 2015. He has been a director of the New Zealand business since 2019 and currently holds the position of Head of Business Development and Strategy.
Stan has over 30 years of experience in operational and management roles within the financial services area, having held positions with Perkins Hargreaves, Duesburys, National Registries, and Computershare. Stan was a Business Analyst and Corporate Actions Manager, for BT Registries New Zealand, a subsidiary of BT Financial Group, from 1999 – 2002 and was Assistant Share Registrar for Fonterra Co-operative Group before joining MUFG Pension & Market Services in 2005.
Stan has been on various securities industry committees and is a member of the NZ Institute of Directors (NZIoD), the Institute of Finance Professionals New Zealand (INFINZ), and the Australasian Investor Relations Association (AIRA).
Audrey is responsible for the Debt Capital Markets and Payments for MUFG Corporate Markets in New Zealand.
Audrey has had over 16 years’ experience in share broking operations, specifically in custodial and debt securities. She moved to MUFG Corporate Markets from Goldman Sachs JB Were, where she spent 4 years in the Fixed Interest team.
Previously, Audrey was managing operations at ASB Securities, having returned to New Zealand from 6 years in the United Kingdom in the Treasury Team with Barclays Stockbrokers.
Michael plays a key role in aligning technology with the needs of our clients. He designs strategic products and solutions, supported by a team of analysts and developers.
Dedicated to providing our clients and their investors with exceptional service, Michael thrives on delivering transformational change without disruption, most recently in bringing the Entrust dividend into the digital era.
Born in England and raised in New Plymouth, Michael had a brief stint in Wellington before moving to Auckland where he studied for a BSc (Computer Science and Information Systems) from the University of Auckland. He has just shy of a decade of experience in New Zealand capital markets across a range of roles, particularly focused on business analysis and technology.
Brendon returned from the United Kingdom after 10 years having had a senior project manager role in M&A Deal Rooms at Datasite.
Brendon has over 13 years of share registry experience and has been a part of the MUFG Corporate Markets team since 2011. Brendon has nearly 10 years of experience in Virtual Meetings, helps manage over 40 Annual Meetings every year and has managed some of the largest Capital Raising projects from the share registry side in the past 6 years.
