MUFG Pension & Market Services Welcomes Perpetual Investment Management Limited as First Group-Wide Client Following Successful Transition

25 June 2025 – MUFG Pension & Market Services (“MPMS”) is pleased to announce the successful onboarding of Perpetual Investment Management Limited (“Perpetual”) as our first group-wide client, marking a major milestone in our strategic growth journey. Perpetual has engaged our investor and member administration services across both our MUFG Corporate Markets and MUFG Retirement Solutions business divisions.

The engagement includes unlisted registry, listed registry, corporate registry and exchange traded products from MUFG Corporate Markets, as well as superannuation administration services from MUFG Retirement Solutions. The program culminates a pivotal transformation and migration effort led by our multi-disciplinary teams across the organisation.

Over the course of this complex delivery, we successfully migrated a significant unlisted registry book. This initiative included the development of new functionality, and the enhancement of our online portals.

In addition, we migrated member accounts across multiple superannuation and pension plans, demonstrating our ability to deliver a full administration service to advice-led retail superannuation funds.
