LinkTogether For Good is a global focus for Link Group to create positive local impact. By unifying our Community Engagement Program efforts globally around key partners who share the LinkTogether For Good ethos of enhancing education for the disadvantaged and vulnerable, Link Group is excited about strengthening our impact.
Link Group believes that education is crucial to improving communities and building a sustainable future. Our Community Engagement Program strategy, LinkTogether For Good, focuses on providing education support to the disadvantaged and vulnerable in the communities we operate in, through national partnerships in several of our key regions.
Through these key partnerships Link Group hopes to create opportunities for our employees to positively engage with the communities we operate in, in a meaningful way. We are excited to support these organisations in the communities we operate in through LinkTogether For Good in Australia, United Kingdom, Ireland and India.
About Ardoch
Link Group is excited to partner with Ardoch and drive positive impact across the education sphere as Ardoch’s first corporate National Strategic Partner.
One in three children in Australia’s most disadvantaged communities start school developmentally vulnerable and they continue to fall behind as they progress through school. Ardoch seeks to change this.
Ardoch is a children’s education charity focused on improving educational outcomes for children and young people in disadvantaged communities. Their vision is to become Australia’s most impactful education partner supporting children in disadvantaged communities.
Ardoch’s mission is that every child’s potential should be realised through full participation in education. This belief inspires Ardoch to increase engagement in education, build aspirations and enhance learning outcomes of children in disadvantaged communities. Ardoch mobilises community and workplace volunteers to support schools and early childhood services, and advocates for and seeks to influence policy change to reduce inequity in education.
Link Group will be supporting students facing disadvantage through Literacy Buddies® and Numeracy Buddies – Ardoch’s workplace volunteering programs supporting upper primary aged students.

About Young Enterprise
Young Enterprise (YE) reaches over 220,000 young people aged 5-18+ across the UK every year. Their financial capability and entrepreneurship education programmes help young people learn the vital skills needed to earn and look after their money. They help develop an enterprising mindset and make a valuable contribution to their communities and wider society.
To tackle stagnating social mobility and prepare young people for work, YE’s No Time Like the Future (NTLTF) strategy focuses on creating one million opportunities for young people to gain the skills they need to thrive in the future by 2023.
YE acts now to help young people navigate successful pathways to opportunity. This is even more important to address the disproportionately negative impact COVID-19 will have on a generation of young people.
Our donation to YE will support their existing student programmes, including many exciting opportunities for volunteering – including career insights sessions, mentoring and judging for competitive awards.
